A Quick & Easy Keto Breakfast: Egglife Wraps

When mornings get busy, having a simple, reliable keto-friendly breakfast makes all the difference. One of my go-to options for families on the medical ketogenic diet is Egglife wraps. They’re made almost entirely of egg whites, which makes them naturally low in carbohydrates and high in protein — perfect for building a balanced keto meal.

Why Egglife Wraps Work on Keto

  • Low carb: Just 1 gram of carbohydrate per wrap

  • Flexible: Neutral flavor and soft texture make them easy to pair with fats for a complete meal.

  • Sold at many major supermarkets across the US
